Not what I expected
I was travelling thru USA and ordered the item early enough.I rang and was told the time from California to Denver would be 1-3 working days,
but the item got there when I already left, 6 days instead of 3. Now my contact in Denver has to send it to me to Australia, where I am now.
Not happy.

We apologize for the inconvenience with this matter. I believe there was a bit of confusion here. Our processing time to get orders shipped out is 1-2 business days. From there shipping to CO is TYPICALLY 2-3 business days but can take up to 5. We are not responsible for shipping times as that's entirely in the care of the shipping carrier. To ensure items are received by your intended date, it would need to be ordered well earlier than just 3 days.
