    Looks nice. But they forgot the shim. Even says comes with it on the website.

The Proto SCS is back, but this time better than before. The classic design that you can see across the skate park now features 8mm bolts (6mm allen key), a spreader bolt, and it fits oversized bars! It is the only 3" tall, so it comes in at a really nice weight.
