The Root Air v2 is exactly what hybrid riders have been looking for. It comes in at 5.25" wide, and has two optimal lengths of 20.5", and 22". The two lengths make this deck a great option for riders of all sizes, and will get the job done in any style of riding. The Air v2 deck is lighter than the original thanks to improvements in the headtube, but remains just as reliable. The bottom of the deck is completely flat, which helps get through the crustiest ledges, and will provide a stable platform for grinds. The boxed inserts of the deck have a socket wrench cut out to make the deck only require one tool. This small feature isn't as common in the industry as it should be. Root does a great job including this in all of their decks/forks so that riders don't fill their bags with tools. Finally, the deck is able to fit wheels up to 120mm in diameter, and 24mm in width.
