Perfect Bar End
I usually dislike bar ends, but these smaller tilts have never caught or cut my hand yet still save the bars from being a barspin grinder.

Best bar ends ever!
These are the best bar ends ever, because you now no longer have to worry about hitting your hand on a hard metal end. Though it dose not protect the end of your grips, so they will get damaged, and dirt in them much more easily.
