This item is on clearance because it was cut down to 29.5" Tall. There is also no slit in them currently. Some scratches at the bottom of the bar from the cutting process, but will be covered by a clamp. This product was never actually ridden or used. The cover photo of the bar is NOT the actual product. All sales on clearance items are final. To be clear, there are no returns on clearance items.
